Progress: 23-184 HEARD Women’s Housing
HEARD will purchase a 12-bed recovery home for women. They will furnish the house and hire a Peer Supervisor and Peer Support Specialist.
Update on March 15th, 2024: Due to ongoing litigation, ARORP approved an extension of HEARD’s milestones on March 15th, 2024. ARORP and the ARORP Advisory Board will examine the status of the situation in September of 2024.
Update on August 9th, 2024: Due to ongoing litigation, ARORP approved an extension of HEARD’s milestones on August 9th, 2024 for another six months. In that time, HEARD must continue to submit reports to ARORP. ARORP and the ARORP Advisory Board will examine the status of the situation in February of 2025. If HEARD is restored to full capacity (12 beds), then they will be required to commence the five-year milestone clock at that time as originally authorized.

In that time, HEARD must continue to submit reports to ARORP. ARORP and the ARORP Advisory Board will examine the status of the situation on or by September 20 of 2025. If HEARD is restored to full capacity (12 beds), then they will be required to commence the five-year milestone clock at that time as originally authorized.
