Funding credit to the Arkansas Naloxone Bank to provide naloxone and naloxone training to at-risk citizens, families, and community navigators other than first responders. 23-031 was originally allocated $9,690 for 17 cases. Their project was renewed in November of 2023 for 10 cases at $5,388.
