- The goal of this project is to empower and enable selected coalitions to apply for future Drug-Free Communities (DFC) funding for sustainability; encourage and support coalition partnerships with City and County leaders of the jurisdiction(s) covered; and provide for mentoring by selected applicants of other coalitions to help them grow. This funding will also be used to attend the CADCA training events and to provide substance use and misuse education with an opioid nexus for their jurisdictional areas.
