- The ARORP Sentinel Project is designed to be a substance identifier and early warning system of dangerous drug trends in Arkansas’ cities and counties. The program design creates partnerships with school districts, college campuses, and state and local law enforcement agencies, which by their mission are the frontline against opioids and other dangerous substances. Awardees will receive Tru-Narc Handheld Analyzers to conduct field-based presumptive exams on suspected narcotics, precursors, and cutting agents, providing cities and counties with an early warning system against dangerous and deadly supplies infiltrating the drug supply in our communities.
