- The funds will be used to support one Peer Support Specialist project will integrate peer support services into our existing housing-focused case management program. Peer Support Specialist, who have lived experience with substance use and recovery, will work alongside our case managers to provide ongoing support to individuals with opioid addiction. This approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that have proven effective in enhancing housing stability, reducing substance use, and decreasing relapse rates.
