- ARORP26-544 will support the expansion and implementation of Carter's Crew, a centralized prevention and stabilization hub designed to reduce opioid-related risk among youth and families i n Pulaski County, Arkansas. Funds will b e used to build sustainable infrastructure, strengthen protective factors, stabilize high-risk households, and increase frontline capacity t o interrupt pathways leading to opioid misuse and long-term harm.
